Oreo Truffles!

Another birthday at work tomorrow - time to pull out the Birthday Banner and celebrate!  What better time to try the Oreo Cookie variation of the Circus Animal Cookie Truffles? All it took was a small bag of Oreos, one 8 oz. brick of cream cheese and a bag of Candy Melts.  This time though I bought little tiny cupcake liners made for candy - perfect!  Can't wait to see if they're as popular as the original Circus Animal Version!
