Thursday Thoughts


Not much time to work on the beanie these last couple of days - am almost to the 5 1/2" point where I start decreasing stitches... will keep you posted.

Am thinking about what to serve for Christmas Eve dinner - usually it's turkey but I'd like to do something different.  In Cooking Light magazine, they had what looks like a wonderful recipe for Roast Stuffed Pork Loin with Port Sauce.  I think this may be a contender!

Plenty of time to plan the meal, but as all things holiday, Christmas will be here before you know it!
