Patriotic Wreath

I wanted something for my front door since it's Memorial Day and I'm feeling patriotic.  It's important to honor those who gave their lives for our freedom and it's certainly more than just having a day off of work.

I saw a wreath I liked on Pinterest (isn't that where it all begins???) and my version isn't quite as professional looking as that one, but it'll do.  It didn't take long to make and because it was pretty simple, that meant it was fun too.  Plus, I felt less guilty about my husband being outside on a ladder painting the eaves of our house if I'm doing something equally as important (well at least I think so!)
